Online Files Now Hosted By Adrive

I have been using copy.com to host the files I make available online. Unfortunately, that service is going to close in a few weeks' time.

So I have copied the files over to the Adrive hosting service.

The relevant files are to be found at the following new locations:

The files will continue to be available at their original locations on copy.com until that service is closed.
